I accept:

International: Paypal 

National: Paypal, deposit or bank transfer to a Bank account in Spain.

PayPal is the primary payment method on Etsy, and all major credit cards are accepted via this secure process. When you select paypal as your payment method, you will be redirected to their website where you may complete your payment.

You do not need to register for a Paypal account to make your payment; you can just use your credit card.


I ship CERTIFIED MAIL, you will have a tracking number to check all the time were your package is.

Time frames for deliveries provided by Spanish Post are:

Spain: 2-7 business days

Europe: 7-10 business days

USA & rest of the world: 15-30 business days

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.


:: Please note ::

_ All my shipments are insured. Please, do not accept a broken or damaged package and if you pick it up do not forget to make a part for damages, signed by the carrier that delivers it to you.

_ Shipping costs include: postage, packaging & handling.

_ That the customer is resposnible for all costs incurred in returning items for either a refund or an exchange.

_ That shipping fees will not be refunded.

_ In cases where package is kept at the customer's local post office, it is the customer's responsibility to collect the item. No refunds shall be issued for non-collected items.

_ I can not assure you an exact delivery date, it depends on customs as well as the postal service in each country but you will be given a tracking number, so that, you can follow you package. Unfortunately, delays in the postal service and during holidays are out of my control and thus I cannot be responsible for them.

_ Other shipping methods, Express Mail Service (EMS), FedEx, UPS, DHL, insurance, and delivery confirmation are available. Please contact me if you prefer any of these and I will send you a quote.


Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me and we will find a solution.

For refunds, the buyer must send me a mail within 14 days of receiving the item. All refunds will be made upon receiving the item in the same condition it was sent out. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Refund will not take place until after receiving returned items. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Cannot change or return custom order items.

▪ Do you accept custom orders?
Yes I do accept custom orders. Please see my shop announcement for more details or feel free to contact me with your ideas.

▪ Do you accept wholesale orders?
For the moment, I do not have the option of wholesale.
Currently I only do discount for a large order ( * large order: 12 or more units). Please contact me for more details.

▪ Can I buy your patterns for your designs?
Now I can not offer this option.

▪ Can you tell me which yarns you use in your designs?
The ecru yarn, thick cotton is a torsion (it is by no trademark). The color is cotton string with a bit of synthetic fiber, the thickness of 2 ½ m / m, are the remains of Spanish textile factories (it is by no trademark).

▪ What is the cost of the pouf, with stuffed included?
Stuffed the price of the pouf is the same, but increases the price of shipping (is double) in this case and shipping time is also longer.

▪ What filler material used for the pouf?
The material that I use is foam rubber + cotton flock recycled ( I believe that it is the mas adapted for a nice form ).
But you can also use any textile material ( eg old quilts ... )
